Ajay Sirohi

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Ajay Sirohi is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Seraina Invest and its subsidiaries and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Seraina Investment Foundation. Previously, he successfully served as CEO and CFO of multinational companies such as GE Infrastructure, United Technologies for Building and Aerospace, ITT and Goodyear Dunlop. Ajay Sirohi has been responsible for investments in real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy and retail. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, a Master's degree in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.

Reto Niedermann

Group CEO and Delegate of the Board of Directors

Reto Niedermann has been CEO of Seraina Invest since April 1, 2022. Prior to that, he had been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Seraina Investment Foundation since 2016. In October 2019, he assumed the role of CEO ad interim for SIF. R. Niedermann has many years of experience in various operational and strategic management positions, with a focus on: strategy and sales management, business development, change management with advisory and consulting activities in international companies such as UBS and others. R. Niedermann has also managed various strategic and cross-divisional projects. He is a federally certified marketing manager and has completed further training as a finance and investment expert as well as a CAS Board of Directors.

Peter Hausberger

Group Chief Financial Officer

Peter Hausberger has several years of experience in the real estate industry and in management. He was CFO at SuissePromotion Immobilien in Zug and CFO of the Wetscher Group, Innsbruck/Austria. Peter Hausberger holds an Executive MBA in Business Engineering from the University of St. Gallen. He also completed a degree in Economics & Management at the Management Center Innsbruck.

Tobias Meyer

Group Chief Development & Construction Officer

Tobias Meyer has 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry.
He has in-depth knowledge of client representation for investment, development, new construction and refurbishment projects. Among other things, Tobias Meyer was Construction and Project Manager at Steiner AG, Real Estate Project Manager at Swiss Life Asset Management and Head Portfolio & Construction at Stone Estate Swiss Management. He holds an ETH degree in architecture and an MAS in construction management.

Ingo Bofinger

Group Chief Business Officer

Ingo Bofinger has more than 30 years of experience in real estate investments. Most recently, he was CEO of AFIAA Real Estate AG and Head of Real Estate at Avadis Vorsorge AG.

Krishny Thilagakumaran

Development and Construction Manager

Krishny Thilagakumaran joined the Seraina Investment Foundation in 2017 as an Executive Assistant. After a year, she took on the role of Development & Construction Manager internally. Prior to this, she was Assistant Project Development and Interior Design at Atelier Estimo from 2013. She later worked there as Head of Administration & Marketing. Krishny Thilagakumaran holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, a Master in Construction & Real Estate Management and a Diploma in Real Estate Marketing.

Samira Cufurovic

Senior Finance Accountant

Samira Cufurovic was Senior Controller at PWC from 2019 to 2021. She was responsible for controlling for the Internal Firm Services division. She was also deputy to the Head of Controlling. She worked at Havas from 2012 to 2018. Initially as an accounting clerk and job controller, from 2015 as Financial Controller. She was also responsible for financial accounting. Samira Cufurovic is a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal certificate and is a certified expert in accounting and controlling.

Arthur Onyeali

Senior Development & Construction Manager

Arthur Onyeali, Chartered Surveyor MRICS, MSc Urban & Real Estate Management, Dipl.-Ing. Architect, has been with the Seraina Investment Foundation since 2020. Career as a construction and real estate expert, architect, project manager and client representative as well as in a management position as a partner and shareholder of a construction and real estate consulting firm. Arthur Onyeali brings a wealth of expertise from the complex field of interests of investors, users and planning and realization teams in all phases of a property.

Darius Radowski

Senior Development & Construction Manager

Darius Radowski is a qualified architect SIA and has worked as a planner and project manager in various architectural firms in Switzerland since 2008. In 2013, he moved to the construction management and cost planning office PBK and obtained the title of construction economist AEC.
In 2017, he expanded his activities with mandates in client representation for Fuhr Buser Partner AG (parent company of PBK). He deepened his specialist knowledge with further training, such as the CAS Buyer Competence - Project and Overall Management in the Construction Process, which he completed in 2018. Darius Radowski has been working for the Seraina Investment Foundation since 2020.

Milan Dejanovic

Head Transaction & ESG Management

Milan Dejanovic was Real Estate Project Manager at the Adecco Group Switzerland from 2018 to 2020. There he was responsible for Adecco, Spring Professional, Badenoch & Clark and Adia in German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino. Prior to that, he worked as a Real Estate Specialist at Credit Suisse. Until 2014, he also worked in Finance & Controlling at ETH Zurich for six years. Milan Dejanovic is a federally certified businessman. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate and an MAS in Corporate Finance & Corporate Banking.

Naime Limani

Manager Property Sales and Lease

Naime Limani joined the Seraina Investment Foundation in March 2018 as Executive Assistant to CEO. Over time, she also assumed responsibility for Investor Relations and Marketing. From March 2020, she built up the Asset Management division and managed a portfolio of various existing properties as well as interim uses in the residential market and the use and conversion of larger sites such as the Isola site in Breitenbach and Aeschenplatz in Basel.

Naime Limani took over the position of Property Sales and Lease Manager in January 2025 and is thus starting a new challenge in which she is once again supporting the development of another department. Previously, she was an Executive Assistant at the Boston Consulting Group Switzerland and a Partner and Team Assistant at Ernst & Young. Naime Limani holds a degree in business administration (HF), a degree in economics (VSK) and is a real estate management specialist (SVIT).

Roman Pechlaner

Senior Development & Construction Manager

Roman Pechlaner most recently worked at Senda Immobilien. There he built up a sustainable real estate portfolio. Prior to that, he was Real Estate Project Manager at Swiss Life from 2007 to 2018. In this role, he represented the interests of clients and was responsible for the planning, implementation and coordination of renovations, conversions and new builds, among other things. Roman Pechlaner holds a MAS in Construction Management, a CAS in Strategic Project Management in Construction I+II and a CAS in Communication and Leadership in Construction.

Cécile De Vito

Head Asset Management Real Estate

Cécile De Vito joined Seraina Invest on August 1, 2022 as Senior Real Estate Asset Manager and took over as Head of the Asset Management Team on November 1, 2023.
Prior to that, she worked at Schaeppi Grundstücke and led the commercial real estate management and marketing team. She was also Deputy Head of Property Management and a member of the Executive Board.
She started her profound professional experience in the real estate industry over 17 years ago and deepened her expertise with further training and is a certified business specialist VSK, federally certified real estate manager, certified real estate trustee and holds a master's degree in real estate management.

Alina Lang

Senior Marketing & Communication Manager

Alina Lang was Head of Marketing and Communications at Bio Partner Schweiz AG from 2020 to the end of 2022 and was responsible for the branding and communications strategy as well as press relations and corporate communications.
From 2017-2020, she worked in the marketing and communications department at Männedorf Hospital and was responsible for online media and numerous events and trade fair appearances.
Previously, she worked at PwC and in recruiting and university marketing at The Boston Consulting Group AG.
Alina Lang is a specialist in corporate organization and has completed various CAS in the areas of digital publishing, content production, corporate writing / UX writing, content marketing and customer journey.

Remo Ehrlich

Head Development & Construction

Remo Ehrlich is a qualified architect FH and holds a CAS degree in construction management. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry and has in-depth knowledge of construction.
Remo Ehrlich acquired his knowledge through various activities - as a structural draughtsman, architect, construction cost planner, client representative at Mobimo Management AG and most recently as Development & Construction Manager at Credit Suisse Asset Management. He always championed the interests of all stakeholders involved in the project and ensured motivated teamwork and successful results.

Guy Dvorak

Senior Project Cost/Risk Controller

Guy Dvorak has over six years of professional experience in finance as well as operational and strategic controlling in various industries. In his last position, he managed the finances of the entire real estate development portfolio of Steiner AG. Guy Dvorak holds a Bachelor of Science in International Management from the ZHAW in Winterthur and an MBA from the University of Liverpool.

Immanuel Malka

Head Real Estate Development

Immanuel Malka, Chartered Surveyor MRICS, has many years of experience in the real estate industry. With a focus on project, development and investment management, he has held senior positions at well-known companies such as Diener & Diener Architekten, CBRE and Swiss Life Asset Managers. His expertise includes the execution of complex transactions and the development of sustainable asset and portfolio strategies. Mr. Malka is a qualified architect ETH and holds an MAS in Real Estate Management UZH.

François Bernath

Product Director

François Bernath has more than 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. In addition to his activities at Seraina, he manages the acquisition and sale of logistics and commercial real estate with Swiss Commercial Invest AG. He previously held various management positions at Steiner AG in the acquisition and sale of real estate and for the development of external investment vehicles and was responsible for acquisitions, marketing and sales at Alfred Müller AG as a member of the Executive Board. He also has experience as a real estate consultant from his previous position at PWC.

Karl Theiler

Member of the Board of Directors

Karl Theiler has been a member of the Board of Directors of Seraina Invest since January 1, 2024. He is co-founder and partner at brickvalue AG, which specializes in real estate investment management. Previously, he was CEO and co-founder of the Akara Group, which he successfully sold to Swiss Prime Site in 2022. Karl Theiler is known for his commitment and passion for innovative projects and strategies in the real estate industry. His leadership qualities and in-depth expertise have helped him to be recognized as an expert and visionary in this field.

Diego Sieber

Real Estate Development Manager

Diego Sieber is a qualified architect and has many years of experience in the real estate industry, in various activities in architecture, construction project management and client representation at established companies such as CBRE and Swiss Re. As a qualified structural draughtsman, interior designer and architect, he has the in-depth knowledge to cover the entire construction cycle and lead projects to success.

Nikola Haefeli

Senior Transaction Manager

Between 2020 and 2024, Nikola Haefeli worked as a senior consultant at the real estate consulting firm Wüest Partner, during which time he was involved in numerous real estate-related consulting and valuation projects in Switzerland. Before entering the real estate industry, he worked as an economist for the Canton of Basel-Stadt. He completed his studies in economics and social sciences at the Universities of Bern, Zurich and Korea University in Seoul (South Korea) in 2019 with an MSc in Applied Economic Analysis with special qualification in Regional Economic Development.

Stefan Weber

Senior Development & Construction Manager

Stefan Weber is a qualified architect ETH. He worked for several years as a general planner in various planning offices and has extensive experience in handling large, complex construction projects. He supervised new buildings and renovations in all SIA sub-phases. In 2016, he moved to Swiss Life AG and represented the interests of clients in his role as Real Estate Project Manager. Stefan Weber expanded his expertise on the investor side through various further training courses. He moved to the Seraina Investment Foundation in mid-2024.

Rosa Miguelañez

Executive Assistant to CEO

Rosa Miguelañez joined Seraina Invest in August 2024 as an Executive Assistant. Prior to this, she worked in various industries as a personnel/executive assistant, including at FIFA, ISS and Holcim. She has many years of experience in office management and providing comprehensive support to C-level executives. Rosa Miguelañez has a degree in Business Administration HF and speaks German, English, French, Italian and Spanish fluently.

Jon Skumpija

Real Estate Asset Manager

Jon Skumpija joined Seraina Invest AG as a real estate asset manager in February 2025. He has many years of extensive experience in real estate management. Most recently, as a real estate asset manager at a family office, he managed a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and special properties. His expertise lies in particular in the strategic optimization of real estate portfolios and the sustainable increase in the value of properties. Jon Skumpija holds a federal certificate as a real estate manager, a CAS Real Estate Investment Management and is completing the MAS Real Estate Management.
