Seraina Investment Foundation expands management team and appoints new Managing Director
The Seraina Investment Foundation is expanding its management team and appointing Ingo Bofinger as its new Managing Director as of April 1, 2025. This is in line with the strong growth of the investment foundation and in order to achieve its ambitious goals. In future, the Management Board will consist of Reto Niedermann, Peter Hausberger, Tobias Meyer and Ingo Bofinger.
As Managing Director, Ingo Bofinger will focus in particular on investor relations. He will also sit on the Investment Committee of the Seraina Investment Foundation in his role as a member of the Executive Board of Seraina Invest AG.
"With Ingo Bofinger, we have gained an experienced expert in the field of real estate investments for the Seraina Investment Foundation," says Ajay Sirohi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees. "His extensive experience will help us to decisively advance our investment foundation on its growth path."

Ingo Bofinger has more than 30 years of experience in real estate investments. Most recently, he was CEO of AFIAA Real Estate AG and Head of Real Estate at Avadis Vorsorge AG.
